A TIME FOR TEA AT THE FELL HOUSE

Come step back in time and take a few minutes to relive an era when ladies styled beautiful gowns, and hats, and wore buttoned white gloves all while sipping their tea which was served on beautiful china, and silver. This moment in time will be recaptured at The Fell House Tea Room.

The historic John Fell House is currently working on opening a tearoom to raise money to help pay for renovation and up keep of the house. The tea committee is asking the public for donations of tea cups, saucers, dishes, trays, flat ware, tea trolley, folding tables chairs.... anything you may have that could be appropriate for a tea service. Items that may be sitting in the back of you cupboards and closets can now come out and be used to help a good cause.

The menu will consist of a selection of tea sandwiches along with traditional scones, biscuits and cookies and of course a variety of teas. There will be music, and at times other forms of entertainment.

Please consider us when looking through your attic and basement for these items. Your generosity would be most appreciative.

The tearoom is planned to open later this year and all will be notified in due time so you can make your reservations..
